인트라게임즈(대표 배상찬)는 유비소프트(지사장 홍수정)와 협력하여 PlayStation®4, Xbox one용 레이싱 게임 “F1™ 2017”의 최신 게임플레이 트레일러를 공개했다.

2017 FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP™의 공식 비디오 게임 “F1™ 2017”의 출시가 임박한 가운데, Codemasters는 본 게임이 함께 해온 FIA FOMULA ONE 스포츠의 역사와 게임의 새로운 특징에 대한 내용을 담은 최신 게임플레이 트레일러를 공개했다. 해당 트레일러는 게임의 공식 유투브 채널(http://www.youtube.com/formula1game)에서 확인할 수 있다.

플레이어는 “F1™ 2017”에서 최신형 차량뿐만 아니라 12개의 상징적인 클래식 차량도 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 게임플레이 트레일러를 통해 모나코의 상징인 길거리 서킷에서 야간 경주를 할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.

제작감독 Lee Mather는 “우리 팬들이 최근 몇 주간 지속되어 왔던 클래식 차량들의 정보 공개를 즐기고 있다는 사실을 알고 있습니다만, 새로운 차량들 역시 보고 싶어할 것입니다. 2017의 차량들은 믿기 힘들 정도로 빠르지만 이전 차량들보다 더 넓고 무거워졌습니다. 따라서 공기역학과 타이어 그립 사이의 균형을 재정립하기 위해 물리 시스템을 새롭게 다듬어야 했습니다.”

이어서 “모나코에 도전하는 것은 여러분의 기술을 시험하는 것이고, 우리는 이 상징적인 거리를 추가해 최신형 차량은 물론 클래식 차량을 타고 야간 경주에 참가할 수 있게 했습니다. 아마 팬들은 이 사실에 열광할지도 모르겠군요”

플레이어는 현재 시즌의 공식 서킷 20개와 모나코(야간) 외에도 영국, 바레인, 미국을 포함한 4개의 단거리 서킷에 도전할 수 있다. 단거리 서킷에 대한 정보는 추후 공개될 예정이다.
